We operate this website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services offered through it, collectively referred to as the “Services.” Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Use products only as directed. Keep products away from children and pets unless the product instructions expressly state otherwise.

Burning resin, incense, charcoal, candles, or related products involves heat, smoke, and fire. Never leave burning materials unattended. Use only in a suitable heat-resistant burner in a properly ventilated area and keep away from flammable materials.

By purchasing or using our products, you agree to follow all applicable directions, precautions, warnings, and safe-use instructions concerning handling, storage, dilution, application, and use.

Information provided through our website, product pages, blog, social-media accounts, emails, guides, or other materials is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

Oman Frankincense Oil is not responsible for reactions caused by known or unknown sensitivities, failure to review ingredients, improper use, or use contrary to provided directions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 6 — ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us.

Receiving an automated order-confirmation email does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. An order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and we begin preparing or fulfilling it.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
  • Incorrect pricing or product information

Wholesale, custom, and bulk orders may be subject to separate terms and are generally final sale except where products arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

SECTION 8 — PRICES, TAXES, AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

The price charged will generally be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Promotions, discount codes, gifts, free shipping offers, and limited-time offers may be subject to separate conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Discounts cannot be combined
  • Promotions have no cash value
  • Promotions cannot be applied retroactively

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs processing, severe weather, incorrect addresses, holidays, governmental action, or failure to retrieve a package.

If we learn that we cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will provide any notice, delay option, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law. 

Shipping and delivery concerns will be handled according to our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, carrier findings, and applicable law.

Returns, refunds, damaged products, non-returnable products, and order cancellations are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.

Purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Oily Squad LLC, doing business as Oman Frankincense Oil. Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for the products we offer, our product descriptions, fulfillment, returns, or customer-service decisions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising solely from your purchase or use of products sold directly by Oman Frankincense Oil.

Nothing in this section limits responsibilities that Shopify may have under its own agreements or applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot legally be excluded, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oily Squad LLC, Oman Frankincense Oil, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
