ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been received successfully. Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

If you do not receive an email after placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder or contact us at info@omanfrankincenseoil.com.


SHIPPING

We proudly ship our products from Oman and the United States, depending on product availability and destination. We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Most orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.

International orders are typically shipped through carriers such as DHL Express and other trusted shipping partners. Delivery times may vary depending on your country, customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other local charges are the responsibility of the customer if applicable in their country.

  • Once a package has been shipped and scanned by the carrier, Oman Frankincense Oil is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or carrier-related issues.

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly first, as packages may sometimes arrive 1–3 days later.

  • Packages that are held at customs, post offices, or carrier pickup locations are the responsibility of the customer to retrieve.

Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@omanfrankincenseoil.com with clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box so we can assist you.

Because many of our products are packaged in glass bottles and jars, please handle them carefully after delivery. Once delivered safely, products are the responsibility of the customer.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love your experience with Oman Frankincense Oil.

Due to the natural, handcrafted, and personal-care nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please email info@omanfrankincenseoil.com with your order number and reason for return before sending any items back.

Please note:

  • Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

  • Returns that include multiple items or larger wholesale/bulk orders may be subject to a restocking fee.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos so we can make it right.
